- W. Manchester Avenue and S. Vermont Avenue in the Vermont Knolls neighborhood, with 18 crashes that involved injuries or fatalities.
- E. Manchester Avenue and Avalon Boulevard in the Florence neighborhood, with 18 injury or fatal accidents.
The five neighborhoods with the most crashes in intersections are downtown, Van Nuys, Westlake, Historic South-Central, and Florence.
